Passport stands behind the high quality of our products. No merchandise is shipped without meeting our exact standards. However, if you should find a flaw or an error that we have missed, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. In order for a replacement order or refund to be processed, we must be notified within 60 days of delivery. We suggest you insure your package before mailing.
Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for size exchanges. If you are unsure of the size, please call 1.800.233.6365 or from outside the US call 843.881.8690.
